Greetings from Latitude Adjustment Properties!

 

Our family is excited to introduce ourselves. I’m Ken Klose, and I’m married to my amazing wife, Hemita. Together, we have two daughters and two furry companions: Kaya, a rescue dog, and Koda, a Pomeranian.

In 2022, we purchased 16200 Old State Road 4A and embarked on a development journey. It has been a process filled with valuable learning experiences, and we are now nearing completion. We are hopeful this project will be the first of many in the Keys and Southwest Florida.

Alongside Latitude Adjustment Properties, we also run Archangel Readiness Consulting, providing a range of security and investigative services, including executive protection, surveillance, and security assessments. Additionally, we operate Naples Dental Boutique, a boutique dental practice committed to delivering exceptional customer care and utilizing advanced technology to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.
